Wow… the final day… yet I have multiple HCs left on my list. So the final day is actually going to be a combination of the rest of these HCs.
HC #1)
Sanemi takes care of his family in many different ways. He mainly does chores such as cleaning and cooking. But in the modern/Kimetsu Academy AUs, when Sanemi became older he was able to continue to live with his mom to take care of his family financially as well.
Whenever people hear that he still lives with his parents, they always look at it negatively even though he’s sticking with his family to take care of them in any way possible.
After Kyogo died, his siblings ended up seeing Sanemi as not only an older brother figure, but a father figure as well.

Sanemi’s daily schedule (in the original AU) is usually as follows:
10pm - 2am (often later): Missions
2am (maybe later) - 10am: Sleep
10:30am - 10:45am: breakfast
11:00 - 12:30: training
12:30 - 1:00: lunch
1:00 - 2:00: chores (dishes, laundry, taking care of beetles, etc)
2:00 - 4:00: “free time” (depends on the day. Often will train, sometimes will continue with chores, sometimes he’ll do other stuff who knows)
4:00 - 6:00.: dinner (includes prep and clean up)
7:00 - 10:00: more training
Modern AU and KA is clearly different but I’m too lazy to make one for those lol

(Modern AU)
Sanemi was very different in high school and college. Most people would think he was a bully, but he was more so the kid who’s fed up with everyone around him and just trying to survive.
He dressed very casually, usually in a hoodie and sweat pants. He pretty much hated all of his fellow students but he just ignored them.
He hates the notion of spirit days and extracurriculars and never did any. He played sports, but not through his school.
Even with this, he tried to be respectful to teachers, especially women teachers. But there were a couple of teachers that rubbed him the wrong way that he stood up against (mainly pushovers who didn’t know how to control unruly students).
Teachers were fine with him most of the time, especially since he was surprisingly nice and got 75% of his homework in on time. He mainly was a C to B grading student (so average to slightly above average) .
One thing Sanemi found very strange is that he somehow became an accidental ladies man. He’s very attractive, as we all know, but because Sanemi was quieter to survive, many girls found him aloof and mysterious. And Sanemi didn’t make things better by being respectful towards them (until they did something to make him mad). There was one girl he got somewhat close to (platonically) and she tries to randomly kiss him one day. Sanemi immediately pushed her away and told her off (not yelling or anything but he was furious). Sanemi left the campus for the rest of the day and told the rest of his teachers he had a doctors appointment.
(Wow a ton of this was was just me self projecting while adding some Sanemi flair wtf 😭)

Sanemi remembers a lot about his partner and that’s one of the ways he silently shows he cares. For example, he’ll remember how you like your coffee and your exact work schedule. Just tons of little things he’ll use to take care of you.
Honestly, the way he shows he cares can be seen as very creepy to some people because he just watches you and remembers way too much about you 😭

Thats it’s for the daily headcannons guys. I’ll still be posting HCs just not every day. I think it’s going to be hard to break myself away from this habit ngl. But I’ll try and do useful things with the 15 minutes per day that I’ve done this into better habits like writing or drawing.
I started this mid May and I haven’t missed a single day, which I’m honestly shocked by. I’m surprised I didn’t fall asleep while writing or didn’t have signal or SOMETHING. Especially because these past three months have been big for me: i graduated high school, started a job, went on a couple vacations, etc. and each day I came back to thinking about my little obsession with Sanemi lol.
I initially started this series for two reasons:
To try and build a good habit for myself (bc the only habits I’m capable of building are bad ones)
I was really stressed at the time and wanted to take my mind off of everything.
Did this help with the stress? Ehhh not really, I’m still pretty stressed with life icl but that’s okay.
But all of you guys, even a ton of people I didn’t expect, have been really supportive. and besides a few times ppl tore off my rose tinted glasses (and one person who just hated my guts fsr), have actually found my headcannons to be accurate, which is insane to me. Several of them have actually been able to be proven true from little details I forgot about or new official art. thought half of this fandom was going to cringe and throw rotten tomatoes because “ewwwww you’re an adult do something better with your life. This doesn’t even sound like him.” ESPECIALLY when the boyfriend headcannons started coming out. God, I was so scared to post those lmao. But lo and behold I have been dubbed the “Queen of Headcannons” by multiple people even though the only character I really know is Sanemi 🤣😅.
And hey, hopefully this long series has infected a couple more people with Xtinct-itis and they hate Sanemi just a LITTLE LESS than they did before. Because if that’s the case then I would say my mission has been accomplished 🫡
And for the people who still hate Sanemi….
