The store, located in downtown O’Neill, is a thrift store, providing high quality used items at discount prices. The position is considered a part-time position. Retail experience is preferred but is not required.
Duties and Responsibilities include, Greeting customers and providing assistance to create a pleasant shopping experience., Receive, manage and prepare donations received., Scheduling and providing leadership and direction for volunteers., Promote effective communication with volunteers and the ministerial association., Conduct store meetings to discuss the goals of the store and how they can be achieved., Maintain store appearance and merchandising of donations. Provide full accounting of daily receipts, banking transactions and filing of all necessary documents.
Store hours are currently–Monday & Wednesday’s: 9am – 5pm, Thursdays: 1 – 8pm, and the 2nd & 4th Saturdays: 10am – 2pm
